In 2006 I was working as an operations manager for a local
Gold Coast Furniture Removalists company when a passing comment about seo, from a friend who was a website designer
got my attention. Intrigued, I did some research.
I started learning about seo and 2 years later went off to start my own online marking company. I managed to sign up a few clients on the basis of "pay me nothing until you see results" and without knowing it, this was the smartest marketing decision I had ever made. It was the birth of what is now our "No Results = No Invoice" ethos.

is mainly because I have worked in the industry for many years prior
to starting GTSR, so I have a great understanding of how

Well, I started learning more about website design and search engine
optimization back in 2006. Being a website designer who specialises
in search engine optimization you would probably think that one of
the first websites I should have built would be this one, but the
truth is I have been so busy over the years trying to facilitate
every client that came on board that this website was only just
launched in July 2011. Sounds stupid? A website designer without a
website! Yeah I used to hear that all the time, but that's what
happened.
This has proven to be a winning formula as no client has ever stopped using our services and our very first client is still with us to this day. They were pouring thousands of dollars into Yellow Pages and other print media with little results and have now reduced their Yellow Pages spend to below $900.00 per year whilst increasing their total gross turnover by more than 5 times.
